Osteopathy

In osteopathy, we understand the human being as a unity of body, mind and soul. People carry their self-healing powers within themselves. I would like to support these together with you during the session through gentle touch. The cranio-sacral system is a sub-area of osteopathy.
When do I go to osteopathy?
Osteopathy can be balancing and supportive during transitional periods around birth. Also for mom and dad during this period. Teething, school entry, motor development, difficult phases in development and also in adult life. I am happy to accompany you during physically or emotionally challenging times.
A session with me cannot replace a visit to the doctor.
Fields in my work
Pediatric osteopathy
Pediatric osteopathy accompanies your child with gentle touch. The aim is to support health and stimulate self-healing.
Biodynamic osteopathy
Biodynamic osteopathy is concerned with the quality of stillness in our tissue.
Craniosacral balancing
Craniosacral balancing tries to support the free flow in our body-mind continuum through touch, especially on the head and the sacrum.
Primitive reflexes
In the case of difficulties at school, I also work with early childhood reflexes if necessary. Exercises to do at home support this work.
Pre- and perinatal experience
Events surrounding birth and pregnancy are particularly important when working with young children. If necessary, we also look into this area together.
